Welcome to Mauren-Schaanwald
The municipality of Mauren lies on the south-eastern slope of the Eschnerberg, embedded in hills formed by the Rhine Valley glacier, which characterise the landscape of Mauren. The 7.5 square kilometre municipality includes the hamlet of Schaanwald at the foot of the Drei-Schwestern massif. The two districts are connected by a large, well-tended reed and natural landscape.
