Sun terrace at Sareis mountain restaurant

The eastern slopes of the Malbuntal Valley overlook the Alps of Liechtenstein and the neighbouring region of Vorarlberg in Austria. A chairlift runs from the village of Malbun to the restaurant and sun terrace.

Leaving from the restaurant, visitors can also hike to the Pfälzerhütte hut or to the peak of the Ochsenkopf mountain - or why not simply stay right where you are and enjoy the magnificent views as you soak up the rays? 

During the winter months the restaurant is the starting point for the excellent piste leading back down into the valley.
