Gasometer cultural center
Located on the main road leading towards the oldest part of the village, the Gasometer is the main cultural hub in Triesen.
The centre was created in 2006 on the site of the former Jenny, Spörry & Cie cotton-weaving mill. It has one large exhibition room, formerly a factory, and several further exhibition areas in the tower that, around 120 years ago, was used to store the gas used to illuminate the factory.
Indeed, it is this tower that gave the centre its name - Gasometer.
