Code of conduct
When it comes to trail running, safety has the highest priority. Since trail running also takes place on hiking trails, the following aspects need to be considered:
Keep it green:
All nature reserves, plant reserves and animal reserves must be respected at all times.
Keep it safe:
Trail runners and hikers draw attention to each other. This includes basic safety equipment including a smartphone with battery, a rescue blanket, wind or rain jacket and clothing that is appropriate for the weather.
Keep on track:
You should not leave the indicated path.
Keep it clean:
You must take all waste with you and dispose of this properly.
In the event of an accident:
Provide first aid and protect the injured person from the cold. Get help, but if possible do not leave the injured person alone.
