Coconut Liqueur
Whether as a gift or as an aperitif drink, this coconut liqueur is suitable for any occasion!
Ingredients (for one bottle):
- 130 grams Raffaello
- 70 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of vodka
- 200 grams of cream
Preparation
Freeze the Raffaello for 2 - 3 hours in the freezer.
Put the frozen Raffaello in a blender and grind.
Add sugar, condensed milk and egg and heat at 90 °C for 5 minutes.
Add vodka and cream and heat at 70 °C for 3 minutes. Pour coconut liqueur into hot rinsed bottle, let cool and chill.
