Carnival cake
When the christmas trees are burned is time for the tradtional carnival cakes.
Ingredients (for 8 people)
- 25g butter
- 300g flour
- 1egg
- 3-4 tbsp cream
- a pinch of salt
- powdered sugar
Preparation
- Knead a dough from flour, egg, cream and salt until it blisters
- Roll out thinly, shape into round pieces and roll out into rounds
- Fry in hot fat until golden brown
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
